Open Water (Basic) Splash Aquatics offers the best Open Water Diver certification in the Bay Area. Out staff of highly trained instructors and assistants will make your learning experience extremely fun and very safe. Monterey Bay, where we do our ocean training dives, is one of the best rated area in the world to dive. If you prefer to complete the ocean dives at some tropical location, we can make arrangements for you, or you may want to join one of our tropical water trips. You may choose private instruction for yourself , your family, or your own small group. We will accommodate your scheduling needs. Our group classes are offered in two formats. The Accelerated Weekend Class allows you to complete all the classroom and pool training in one weekend and the ocean dives the following weekend. The weekday class meets two evening a week for three weeks followed by a weekend at the ocean. Our Open Water Diver classes cost only $265, which includes equipment rentals, class tuition, materials, and your certification card and processing. You'll need to provide (or purchase) your own personal snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, boots, and gloves). The only additional cost will be your parking and air fills in Monterey!
